In-Store Pick-Up

Purchased items indicated for in-store pick-up during the checkout process will be available at 7 First Ave. in St. Thomas, Ontario the following business day during store hours. Your purchase confirmation email is required. 

 

Shipping 

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Orders are shipped on Fridays.
• Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the following Friday.
  

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size and Canada Post rates.

Shipping Methods:

• We use Canada Post
• Shipping times may vary, please refer to the carrier’s website for estimated delivery times.
• Parcel dimensions may vary as we pack with quality used materials.

Incorrect Address:

• Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.
• If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 519-633-7300 so we can make corrections before your order ships.

 

Refunds

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased through our store. We do our very best to provide accurate and detailed listings.

We encourage you to review product details carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us prior to completing your order.

Once an item has been purchased, it is considered final and cannot be returned for any reason. This includes items that may be damaged during shipping or those that are not to your satisfaction.
